⭐ Treat other Buds and the High Buds Club team with respect and kindness

Personal attacks, bigotry, bullying or any harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. If a High Buds Club moderator sees or is made aware of this type of behaviour, you will immediately be removed from the network and High Buds Clubs activities. Examples of this include but are not limited to: language that’s deemed as offensive, racist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, etc.

⭐ Participate and Engage

This is a space for conversation and community and we want our members to be surrounded by other passionate members. You may not be able to come to every event or be the most active poster, but it's always appreciated if you’re present in ways you’re comfortable. We’d love to hear your thoughts and reviews, see you in the comments of a PK Sesh-in video, and look forward to seeing you make some new friends. We love to see posts, likes, comments, logins, and clicks to rewatch a PK Sesh-in.

⭐ Honesty and Integrity

Elevate the High Buds Club experience by embodying honesty and integrity in all your interactions. Whether posting reviews or engaging with fellow Buds, ensure that your contributions come from a genuine and truthful standpoint. Your commitment to authenticity, especially in product reviews and opinions, is what sets the High Buds Club apart from other platforms. Let's collectively uphold and preserve the trust that makes our community special.

⭐ No Trolling

Do not make random off-topic and/or controversial comments with the intent of baiting or provoking unsuspecting members to engage in hostile arguments.
 

⭐ Exclusive Space

High Buds Club is a privileged space reserved solely for Budtenders. We acknowledge that there may come a day when you transition out of the Budtender role or no longer work at a retail store - congratulations on your journey! We value the nature of our Budtender exclusive community and reserve the right to remove individuals who no longer meet the criteria of being Budtenders. However, we highly appreciate transparency and self-identification. If your professional circumstances change, please inform us, allowing us to update our records accordingly. Your commitment to maintaining the authenticity of our exclusive space is crucial, ensuring that the High Buds Club continues to thrive with members who are currently working in the Budtender/retail space. It’s also important for us to know of a job change especially if you stay in the cannabis industry, as we might have something special planned in the future for that specific segment!

Note: If you are a Budtender who also works in sales and/or marketing for an LP or brand, we reserve the right to not accept you into the High Buds Club network, or to remove you at any time.

Do not share or promote content from competing organization or services from other budtender-affiliated organizations (organisations with business models similar to HBC). Do not promote programs other budtender organizations are hosting.

Spam ✈️ 

⭐ Self-Promotion links from accounts that do not engage with the community are not allowed. 
 

⭐ Ads disguised as posts are not allowed. They will result in post removal and a warning. Job ads are more than welcomed. 

⭐ Text posts with the sole goal of linking to third-party links, or circumventing any whitelist, greylist or blacklist, will be removed. Users purposefully doing this will be given a warning upon first offence, and a lifetime ban on second offence.
  

Giveaways, Donations, and Illegal Activity ✈️ 

⭐ Do not incite or encourage illegal activities. Buying/selling drugs, tax evasion, pyramid schemes, etc will be removed. This will result in a lifetime ban.
 

⭐ No malware, spyware, phishing, or pharming links. This will result in a lifetime ban.
 

⭐ Do not post surveys from other organizations, as they are often used to steal user information. This will result in a lifetime ban.
 

⭐ The revealing of users personal information (‘doxxing’) or targeting of specific users, including public figures (‘witch-hunting’) is strictly prohibited and in many jurisdictions illegal. Users engaging or encouraging this activity will receive a lifetime ban. 

Sampling Policy ✈️

High Buds Club does not condone or support the mailing of samples between members across provincial or international borders.

User Generated (UGC) Content Usage ✈️

By uploading any user generated content to the HBC Feed you agree to allow High Buds Club to use the content for any promo posts on any owned social media channels, or marketing activities. 

Content Theft ✈️

Do not steal content, also known as scraping or plagiarizing. Submitting links to blogs or news sites which are notorious for this activity will result in a suspension or permanent ban.

If a member is in violation of any of the above rules and policies, High Buds Club reserves the right to remove that member immediately. Member removal due to rule violation will be assessed on a case by case basis. By participating in this network, you agree that High Buds Club is not responsible nor liable for any member.
